Takasago Electric Industry's "Miniature Valve" offers several models that minimize the pumping volume through the miniaturization of solenoid valves. In the "EXAK Series," the special internal structure (zero pumping volume structure) reduces the pumping volume to less than 1/100 of our conventional models. In rocker-type and non-diaphragm valve types (corrosion-resistant valves that do not use diaphragms), there is no change in internal volume due to ON/OFF operation, resulting in a reduction in pumping volume. Original option "Venti Duct"

Protect metal parts! An optional component to be installed between the valve body and the solenoid.

The "Venti Duct" from Takasago Electric Industry is an optional component designed to promote ventilation and heat dissipation. It can be installed between the valve body and the solenoid. This product protects the metal parts of the solenoid from volatile and corrosive gases (such as trifluoroacetic acid) that can permeate through the diaphragm. Original option "Flow control mechanism"

By simply installing a flow adjustment mechanism, you can adjust the flow rate as desired after piping!

The "flow adjustment mechanism" has a screw for adjusting the flow coming out from the top of the valve. By adjusting the lift amount (flow path) with the flow adjustment screw, the flow rate can be adjusted. Typically, solenoid valves have a fixed flow rate at the time of shipment. By simply attaching this flow adjustment mechanism, the flow rate can be adjusted arbitrarily after piping.
